>>39158335I remember when I first saw a kid drawing Pokemon at school. He'd do all the sort of rounder cute Pokemon on one sheet, then the more detailed Pokemon, and then the monstrous ones on another.
From the look of these newer ones, they're all so "shiny". Every part of them is smoothed out, with more artificial patterns on them, and less animalistic in design. Even Magnemite and Voltorb look more suitable than most of the new designs. If they did Grimer in this new style, it would look like this (yes, I know, I'm not a drawfag).
