The game is missing 234 pokemon, i would put a really small team maybe only 2 people to update sword and shield every month adding 2 or 3 evolution lines per month in raid battles and dynamax adventures
>every month people get excited to know what pokemon will be added back
>during the weekend you make that pokemon line an event and they go do raids to shiny hunt it
>by the time every pokemon is back we can stop there and move to gen 9 or start doing the same with hisui pokemon giving gen 9 just a bit more time to develop
