>>37916202I was just about to write up a similar Blade type that I've tossed around a few times on these types of threads. It's never been well received, although this is a series with at least four Pokemon that have weapons instead of hands, and three that are just straight up swords, so I stand by it.
It was meant to be a Dragon killer that buffed Steel types offensively before the Fairy type was ever a thing, so the matchups that were in mind are redundant. Still, it's hard to imagine this type without it being effective against Dragons and Grass, or weak against Rock and Steel.
Maybe it would be better suited as a kind of sub-type that's been suggested by a few other people.
