They can't do more than what already they did for blocking. Restricting pokemon by code detection is more likely to fuck them in the ass if done wrong.
How would a program know a code string is generated on an external program or the real thing if they end being THE FUCKING SAME STRING? I would love to see your reaction over false positives if this happened, really.
Want to know why i think they haven't released bank? Remember they were hiring a new network IT? They may be reinforcing the servers BEFORE opening Pandora's Box once again. They're taking their time, though, so they better hurry before this causes a fucking worse backlash.
