Nanu probably casually discounts a lot of Guzma's complaining and tempertantrums by saying he's young and he'll get over it, which only makes Guzma more mad.
I can see Golisopod sitting in the background of their arguments, quietly petting a sleepy Persian, in contrast to how their owners like to fight and be pissy with one another instead of just accepting they like one another's company
