This sounds like a potentially excellent final instalment, focusing on improving everything and adding as much content as possible. But it would HAVE to be a final instalment if you're expecing this much care and dtail and effort to be put into it.
I think it could work, again, as a last game, and it would single handedly pander to everybody and appease the pokemon community. Except for those 100 something people in /vp/ who want desperately for pokemon to not end.
And some die hard retard genwunners, but there's no pleasing them anyways.
