>>54220699ok so basically its the past form of Raikou but also not really cause even though its themed after the past its ACTUALLY an imaginary pokemon brought to life by weird crystals, it was what dumb old explorers and any other people might have imagined what Raikou looked like in the past and thus it has vague "ancient" themes incorporated into the design, for most of them its just vague dinosaur of caveman stuff.
But also THATS confusing because the explorers drew a combination of the legendary beasts as what they imagined they might find in area zero, not weird dinosaurs, so its kind of unexplained.
