Why Steene over Pokemon such as Incineroar, Mimikyu, Decidueye, or Lycanroc (dusk or midnight)? Steene didn't make an appearance in movie 20 nor does it have a notable presence in the anime as being one of Ash's Pokemon or his rival's.
Watch as all of the Pokemon I mentioned end up being relegated to Pokeball-only status.
