Second checkpoint: Clear
The gang left Pewter City, venturing through a few more routes and Mt. Moon itself, with all but Ayako doubling their number of Pokemon. She would have, but the Abra she encountered teleported faster than she could throw a ball. Naive Yuka got swindled out of $500 at the PokeCenter at the base of Mt. Moon, granting her an useless fish, let's hope it pays off later.
Both her and Takashi now have two Moon Stone users, but so far have only managed to find one stone each, so their Jigglypuff and Clefairy will remain unevolved for the near future. Misty was no match for the gang, who all easily trumped her Water-types. Unto Vermillion City!
