I'm not trying to act as if I know absolutely everything about character design, but I don't get what's your gripe with the Ultra Beasts. You say they're as bad as if someone had just drawn lines at random, but it's obvious the Ultra Beasts have a theme and every element in them conveys said theme. Had you said something along the lines of "I feel the elements don't properly convey their themes" you would have sounded like less of an assblasted baby.
Heck, a simple "they just don't appeal to me" would have been more rational than digging your own grave. It's OK to dislike things just because, just as long as you accept that these feelings don't represent the objective truth.
