A child leader could be fun too, but I'm not sure Incineroar and Tyrantum fit the theme. Maybe Vanilluxe and something else?
I made a set of Gyms and Elite 4 for a British inspired region in a thread a little while back. Might still come up with a villain team, a few new Pokemon concepts (probably just starters/legendaries) and general plotline at some point.
Only Pokemon ideas I have so far are:
>Fire/Ground Badger starter>Fire/Grass Red Squirrel>Either Legendary or Mythical Black Dog, probably Ghost/DarkA villain team with a Guy Fawkes motif could be cool, but would probably inspire way too much V For Vendetta-style autism. Or a villain leader who thinks he's King Arthur's reincarnation or something.
