>>35391705It can be effective in some games, FFXI had it be great for a long-ass time due being a Refresh Whore, in XIV it is basically it's own thing and pretty neat and visually impressive in the right hands.
And if course Dual-Cast being incredibly good, but you could go with that or DUAL-WIELD RAPID-FIRE SPELLBLADE for about the same amount of APB offensively (Possibly less, don't remember the numbers in my head), making it more of of a defensive thing.
BLU is best Mage by far though, just for the sheer ballsy concept of it, also the YOU GOTTA CATCH EM ALL.
