Until SWSH came out, at least SV was so shit it made me chuckle, SWSH has practically no identity, It just feels like a rehash of SM/USUM which also lacked an identity in favor of saying alola is good friends with KANTOOOOOOOO every five seconds.
Its best routes are horribly mogged by XY routes, the world has zero culture to it, and it's a fucking straight line.
At least BW/B2W2 gave you some fucking caves and forests to explore if you didn't feel like going through the story at that moment.
