>>55667591They'd likely have an accent based around where they grew up, how/who they learned how to speak, and their natural voice. All Gardevoir, like any Pokemon who I could assume can learn how to speak a human language, would have its own unique voice and inflections.
Another option, if they use telepathy to speak to someone in their minds, they do seem to have a unique voice there too, just a bit more echo like.
