Just got done getting the pokedex done and clearing all the major battles in Kanto Expansion Pak. It's an ok hack, the added areas are mostly pretty decent (like the Cinnabar Volcano or the post-game city) but a lot of the new mons are pretty awkwardly implemented, especially regional forms which are only available via trade. You definitely feel the "romhackness" in a way the best hacks usually avoid. I'd give it about a 7/10.
