HOLY FUCK I finally managed to finish a run of Diamond after weeks of failed runs and choking at the Elite 4.
My Empoleon died to a crit Earthquake from Lucian’s Bronzong, so I didn’t like my chances going into Cynthia. It ended up being my Quagsire against Cynthia’s Garchomp as both of our final Pokémon. Managed to get a huge crit Earthquake of my own while Garchomp was recharging from Giga Impact, and that was pretty much it.
Pearl is up next, but man I’m dreading Platinum.
