Let's generously put SwSh's sold copies at 6 million (it's much higher, but even you Dexxittranies aren't going to be stupid enough to argue from that as a floor). Next, let's also be generous and say that 200 people (assuming that more than just the unique posting IPs partake) are going and trading malicious Pokemon.
I don't think I need to go over the math, but that's about 15,000 trades you need to complete /per person/ in order to impact 5% of SwSh's playerbase. It shouldn't take a rocket scientist to tell you that isn't going to happen.
So, realistically, all you're going to do is lock out a few consoles from online for a bit, statistically most of them being owned by either literal children or casuals who don't care about whatever autistic crusade you're launching and would never actually hear of it, all because you're butthurt that SwSh, a game nobody's actually forcing you to buy/support, doesn't have all of the features you wanted.
But, hey, you go get'm. You go rally behind the fifteenth cause that I'm sure will finally kill SwSh and make Game Freak revamp the game to be literally Skyrim overnight.
