They introduced Elite Raids where you can more than one Mythical so long as you are there for the raid in person. This weekend there will be Elite Raids for Keldeo which are free, the eight dollars is for people who don't want to go and do an in person raid. You don't have to spend any money. And technically, eight dollars is cheaper than paying for the lunch that will fuel you during your Elite Raid.
You just need to get good.
