>>19148380It took me by surprise, too, but it was a very, very well-planned follow-up to the progressively darker fates of the evil organization leaders, such as Cyrus' limbo-esque eternity in Distortion World in Platinum and Ghetsis' crazed attempts to actually kill the protag in BW2. I appreciate the turns the series is taking slowly but surely. But yeah, X canon all the way.
