Many gridlet strikers are helf back by the lack of multipliers, there is no way the 50 and sub 50 power attacks only pairs were meant to be used raw.
I often use Norman and Noland outside of Stadium too, even as gridlets their kits are good enough for the raw stats and access to heals.

There is one legit depressing gridlet and that is Valerie. I don't know what was DeNA's plan there, there was only Mina as Fairy type sync pair before her, then they drop Valerie, no grid for two years, 10 grid gacha Fairies added in the meanwhile, between leech units and DPS, a gridded Valerie might even end being worse than a gridded Mina.
