I draw straight lines on top of my rough draft from corner to corner, then use the Edit tool on the 'Translate CP' setting and just drag the lines into their proper positions; it'll solve the curves automatically.
It's a bit time-consuming, but I use a mouse to draw things, so it's kind of a necessity to make my work not look like ass.
For the record, this is what this picture looked like before lines were done. I'll post a picture of the uncurved lines in a sec.
