So Mega Tangrowth is a pain in the ass to deal with. It's Grass/Poison with the moves:
Growth
Mega Drain
Acid Spray
Vine Whip
The best way I found to deal with it was to use Baggy's own Acid Spray to significantly lower it's special defence and then use Orphan's Psybeam to finish the job.
Tangrowth's grass moves get a boost from the forest terrain, so he already has a growth stored up. Growth also significantly raises attack and special attack for grass type pokemon, making it able to easily recover the damage done with Mega Drain.
