In the Serri region, Bidoof and Bibarel make their home along the alpine rivers in the east, so they've grown thicker fur to keep them warm. Because of the trapped air, they're able to float on water with ease.

Don't have nice art for this one. Bidoof living in the wintry alpine region of Serri have developed aquiline bodies with thick fur collars to keep them warm. Serrians often have to wander into the mountains in springtime to clear up the dams they build and draw springwater.

Not sure if this counts as a "major" redraw or not, but anyone up for crafting a regional form of Bidoof and Bibarel? They are Ice type instead of Normal and live in alpine rivers, so they have fluffy collars to keep warm. I've provided a sketch and general colour palette ideas for reference.
