>>37444070Are you saying that both games look equally shit? Do your eyes function, anon? Xenoblade 2 is an abomination of a graphical mess. Take a look at pic related to see how much of a downgrade it was from the previous Xenoblade game which released 2 years prior on the Wii U. LGPE is very "safe" and "uninspired" from a stylistic standpoint, I'll grant you that, but graphically it is entirely competent. I would even go as far as to say LGPE possesses significantly more ambitious graphics than almost any other rmainline series Pokemon game in relation to the console they were released on. Pokemon has never truly pushed the capabilities of the visual potential of any systems on which they've released (which is truly a shame since I am admittedly a bit of a graphics whore), but LGPE along with other side games like Colosseum, Gale of Darkness, and Battle Revolution at least have technically sound graphics for the Switch, Gamecube, and Wii respectively. You have to remember, anon; art style is subjective, graphics are NOT. It's fine to hate the direction LPGE took with its chibi-esque characters and grid based world design, but that isn't due to subpar graphical composition, it's due to the style the artists decided to go with (and probably due to Genwunner pandering as well to be quite honest).
