quite LITERALLY, one day the Pokemon YT channel decided to post a trailer that outright said what was basically akin to, "yeah, there's a fucking RS remake this October."
There was no "WE HAVE BIIIIIIIG NEWS" kind of hype that GF put out beforehand.
Usually there's a few teases on Twitter and there are teaser trailers where you can't quite tell what kind of game it is.
But this time? Nothing. Just, boom, trailer.
And even know there's not a whole lot of substantative knowledge about the game to hype over. We basically have a weather-related cutscene with Groudon and Kyogre. Nothing else. We don't know about Contests, Secret Bases, Berry Planting, etc. Nothing.
