Goal: To erase the super polite attitude/culture of the Japanese new region, because their idea of polite conversation feels so fake and forced.

Signature move - Razor Burn (Physical 90bp, 10pp, never misses, can leave target with a burn (30%))
Has 2 abilities at the same time
Can sketch ability/abilities
Has 5 move slots
Can carry 2 held items into battle
