you will get them cheap if you bid on big auctions like 150-200 bulk cards because less competition, but some people wont email big bulk orders and you have to pay shipping, shit if its not your country.
problem is now that code cards will redeem from the pack they are from, not booster credits like they used to before storm, this is effective from tomorrows maintenance lel
so check what your buying, if they have a mix of 20 DE 15BC and 10 PS those are the packs you will get.

might work in your favor and devalue certain packs, i dont follow anymore i just get the new releases so idk.
most people will give you free shipping and email the codes, sometimes you have to ask nicely.
never really had 'fakes' some times you get people that type the code out wrong or send a code that already was redeemed, just mail them and tell them, most of the time they have some other codes they can swap out.
there are others like Troll and toad, but they dont do email and im UK so i dont use them
