Also Red being defeated doesn't really change much for them, as they kept their titles out of hope and respect. They simply gained more power with Giovanni gone. So I'm sure they're still there helping him run the world.
Though that does raise the question of Silver doesn't it?
Of cause I still believe Giovanni is Chicken's dad too.
