I would say that a fun gimmick with Gourgeist, Runerigus, and Cofagrigus is to use Mummy, Wandering Spirit, and Worry Seed to fuck with enemy abilities. Perish Body and then switching into a pokemon with Mean Look is a fun little fuck you. Cursed Body makes so many ghosts become viable walls, especially Eviolite G. Cursola. Give it Iron Defense, Strength Sap, WilloWisp and Curse and watch the frustration build.
