In various countries across the world the most random shit can be stops, you can notice this when you get postcards from genie/leekduck remoters. Shit that would never be accepted in the west, especially in the US. I get these from Japan every day, random storefronts, very lousy, insignificant-looking building decorations etc.

I've seen this exact same event before... minus the megacross but it's in rotation 12 days anyway. That's another worthless event unless you're a 2nd day player and have to get a Weedle for the mega research
