Anyway,
Genwun- Dugtrio/Magneton. Many people complain about "it gets bigger" evolutions, but they forget the OGs of lazy evolutions- these two are literally are the exact same as their pre-evolutions, but there's just more of them. Dishonorable mention goes to Weepinbell- fuck you and your googly eyes- and Mr Mime, because... jesus fuck.
Gentoo- Ledyba. It's so... round. Bland. It doesn't have anything going for it in terms of cute factor, which it relies on. Ledian, its evolution, is much better at the cute thing. Dishonorable mention is Wooper- the rage of a thousand suns flares within me looking at that asswipe's stupid fucking face.
GENTRY- That goes to Luvdisc. A pink heart flounder with absolutely nothing else interesting about it. Really, it doesn't need explanation. Dishonorable mentions go to Shiftry because it looks like a badly drawn version of Jiraiya, with none of the inbuilt wit, and to Glalie, which looks like a rotting head without any horror factor actually put in.
Genfor- Hippopotas, by far. Lucario at least has some appeal going to it, even if it's SOOPER EDGEE. Hippopotas looks like a bad newspaper cartoon drawing. It's proportions are just fucked, and the desert camo doesn't help much to hide that. Dishonorable mention goes to Kricketune, both for that stupid moustache and because that fucker of all Pokes was my first and only shiny encounter.
Genfiv- Thundurus-T. Bad Saturday morning cartoon dragon design with bad proportions and, like the rest of the Genies, a stupid moustache. Dishonorable mention goes to Stunfisk, mainly because it looks like a Feebas got run over by a car.
Gensiks- Doublade. It's basically Magneton within a line that was never a good idea design wise. Aegislash is serviceable- this isn't.
