On topic, it was a boring day, and I was training random pokemon before X/Y came out. I happened to be training my Espeon on Route 9 and suddenly as the battle begins I see blue on this pawniard

I freeze

It sparkles

I was beyond happy, I had only gotten two shinies on Emulators before, and to have a cartridge one was amazing

It is now a Bisharp waiting to be transfered

She has 31 IVs in SpAtk and is now a beautiful Bisharp

First legit shiny, my actual first was a shiny Caterpie in Firered, and a shiny Hoppip in a randomized Emerald
