Chansey is one of the rarest Pokemon in the game m8, I've only seen 5 since I started, I knew Blissey was gonna be near impossible to get unless I walked a Chansey, so I walked the same one on/off, only switching when I needed Dragonite/Snorlax/Lapras candies. Kinda like "I'll walk Chansey when I have nothing else to walk" idea.
Also this was around the same time the CP rework happened and everyone was anticipating Blissey to be gamebreaking.
