I never used Houndoom before, never been a fan of it. So when it came up as my encounter before VR I felt hessitant. But I knew it would come in handy so I picked it up. Donphan came in VR, and damn was I happy with that.
The elite four themselves had a few heart attacking moments, and one death. Togekiss died to Koga's Tentacruel after I forgot how fast it was because it full restored after a paralyze speed drop.
Donphan really showed Lance's last pokemon not to mess with it, having taught it stealth rock that Charizard must've been crying the moment it got send in.
