>>32733700For a roleplay I'm a part of, I created a guild for my character to be in. It's called the Research Institute, and it's basically like a college of sorts. You have Students and Professors, and a Headmaster. The Institute is housed in a massive, ancient tower that was renovated and restored. A town was built around it after its discovery over a century ago, called Tower Town. The Headmaster was part of the expedition that discovered the tower, and is very old. He's an Alakazam that through great knowledge and discipline can indefinitely remain in Mega form (for that old wise man look).
The Institute of course focuses on research. Each Professor has a specific expertise that they specialize in, anything ranging from science, history and even to PMD-related things like Mystery Dungeons and Magnagates.
The RI regularly funds expeditions and research missions out into the world. To help fund these expeditions and to fund the Institute in general, they take up Rescue and Bounty Hunter jobs on the side (I imagine in the past, a chapter of the Rescue Team organization wanted to move into the town, and ended up integrating with the Institute).
There's Pokemon of all types in the guild. The Insitute isn't the focus of the RP I'm in (it's more romance/slice of life), so I haven't gotten into full detail of who the Professors are. Though I'm imagining that Umbreon and Espeon from GtI are totally Professors there, specializing in Mystery Dungeons and Mangnagates.
