I plan on buying both Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, and later Pokemon Great Sword and Pokemon Great Sword, and when they come out I'd like to buy Pokemon Lustrous Diamond and Pokemon Griseous Diamond, and then later Pokemon Distortion Platinum.
I don't really mind. I make enough money to afford it and I'd rather support a small company like Game Freak than let my franchise die. If I don't buy the games then they might cancel the franchise, and I don't want that to happen because then we might need to wait for another monster catching game to come out, or rely on fan content. I don't like fangames because they're hard and sometimes I lose gym battles, which isn't fair.
