Honestly, if I put in all the work for a shiny when it comes down to it I ain't gonna fuck around with RNG. I don't care about IVs outside of eggs and if I'm chain catching Pokemon I filter by nature naturally but other than that I ain't gonna re-do all that if my shiny ain't perfect.
