GF's been trying to make it a more offense-oriented version of Clefable with Competitive and an additional STAB, but offensive Pokemon are a dime a dozen compared to defensive Pokemon - why would you pick Wigglytuff? It doesn't even have Moonblast.
>>47387573Thanks to Scrappy + Boomburst it's about as good as you can ask for an early game normal type. Occasionally it's shown up in OU to counter specific busted Ghost types.
