I'm level 24. It needs 2500/2 to powerup. When I inputted the information the first time I accidentally fucked up and set the CP to 1378. When I did that I got the "Perfect IVs" 30/30, 15/15 screen.
So I went back and fixed it to 1377 thinking there's no way it's perfect, probably has like 29/30 15/15. And when I did that I get pic related. So having LESS CP gives the message, but inputting the CP cap gives the perfect message?
If anyone can use one of the more accurate IV calcs and post here I would greatly appreciate it.
