>>45945209People, and especially Pokemon fans, don't care about the graphics that much. Literally no one would be talking about graphics if Gamefreak didn't straight up say they were using graphics as an excuse to cut Pokemon from the game.
When they say something like that, then suddenly all the eyes are on how the game looks and surprise, the game is so fucking ugly that only FE:TH looks works.
Now we're seeing how good Pokemon games could ACTUALLY look and the graphics discusssion pops back up.
NONE of this would have happened if Gamefreak just said they couldn't get all the Pokemon in the game by release and that they'd be patching them in later, people harping on graphics is all on Gamefreak.
