An entire post-game quest dedicated to collecting Zygarde Cells and Zygarde Cores, and all we get are 2 (TWO) new formes and 1 (ONE) old forme. Seems like a big waste of potential, so lets grab our old Norse Mythology books (or just Google) and make up some new Zygarde formes to flesh out the mechanic.
Here's Zygarde 10%'s Pokédex entries, for inspiration:

I'll start:
Zygarde 5% - Cat Forme
>This is Zygarde's form when about 5% of its cells have been gathered. It uses this form to escape danger with ease.
>Zygarde can transform into this form in the blink of an eye. It can always land on all four feet completely unscathed no matter from how high it might have fallen.
Based on the cat Jörmungandr (Zygarde 50%) was transformed into by the Giants in order to trick Thor into losing a strength contest.
