While I do appreciate your effort, I've been trying to find a distance from the rock/dragon typing and the name for Dracosaur. I did notice that the plates look similar to the skin of a dragonfruit, and that the genus related to the cacti fruit similar to dragonfruit was called Stenocereus. I know it's wishful thinking at that point, but what if the Draco-part was just a misnomer and that the true name was actually something like Stegoreus or something like that?
