So the last pokemon game I played was RSE, and I went back in Gen VI. If anyone could help me out with my team composition, that would be great. I have Pokerus'd pokemon if anyone cares to help me out in exchange for that. I'm not really going to be heavy competitive, I just picked out pokemon that I liked.
