There are a few pokemon who might fit a retyping:
Noivern to Sound/Dragon
Exploud, pure Sound
Chimecho, Sound/Psychic
Jigglypuff, Sound/Fairy
A few moves could also be retyped:
Boomburst, Hypervoice, Echoed Voice, Chatter, Roar, Round, Relic Song, Perish Song, Sing, Heal bell, Uproar.
What types do you think it would be effective against or resistant to? What kinds of pokemon can you imagine that might be sound type?
Personally I wouldn't mind a Water/Sound dolphin, maybe a Flying/Sound woodpecker too.
