He's literally a handout given every sperg gets and drools over because of his ability, and they rush over to Smogon to copy paste a moveset and EVs before even realizing his true strengths and weaknesses.
Yes he's good, but he's not perfect. And personally, I don't like him, and wouldn't use him, because anyone with half a brain has a team designed to slap his shit early on, especially with everyone running him now.
