Many 3D models are just kinda off. Hassel's face is weird, Brassius' eyes look weird, Dendra's face looks kinda off in general, Turo's beard looks like total shit texture-wise and also looks nothing like the 2D sheet, Rika's shirt is beige in 2D but mostly white in 3D, etc etc
There's a lot of details and features that are just kinda wrong in 3D.
