As anon said, Goodra is probably the closest we are getting to a hook, and even then I wouldn't really even call Power Whip a "hook", as it only slightly moves the Pokemon towards you.

I've never had a favorite Pokémon up until I saw and used Dhelmise in USUM. I played with it in Refresh a lot. I wish it had more merch.

The (probably science) teacher everyone really liked for barely no reason other than she wasnt a huge dick and the homework she (occasionally) assigned was barely ever related to the actual study topic. It's just some random shit about wolf populations in different climates
