To her just like the actual Rumia humans are nothing but prey. You can try to befriend her but if she knows you are human It's all a lie. When she's bored of you she will kill you as her food. I tried befriending her as a human multiple times but in the end it ends with a betrayal of your trust. The only time it didn't was when I offered to become her servant and lure humans to her in exchange for living. That one as it went on had Rumia judging me and asking who the real monster here was. Showing regret only made things worse and she forced me to watch what I was leading those humans to. A monster is a monster and the ai understands this if the creator is good enough.
If you want to actually befriend her though just be a youkai or fairy It is true there are no pokemon characters that would be as evil though.
