A single roll is 25 gems, so you need 2500 to reach 100 which is the 4* pity counter. Even if some of those guys got wildly lucky and never reach pity counter and maybe average like 2 girls per 100 instead, even with gameplay earned gems it's still at least few thousand dollars to get where they are. And limited megucas banners are yet to come.
