I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Jiggly doesn't draw many things outside of these gijinkas, and thus their art will be largely unchanged. A generic goal for any artist is to change or improve their art over time, as exemplified by that meme pic. If someone does art casually or has other obligations it makes sense that they won't be as focused on improving. I completely understand your feeling but art, especially over time, is often reflective of the artist's broader approach toward art, and life.
